Terms of Service
AllMarks is a free app with no account. These terms explain the basics of using it.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using AllMarks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
AllMarks is a free web app for saving bookmarks and arranging them as visual boards. All data is stored locally in your browser, and no account or registration is required.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you save and share, you agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt it, and you understand that your data is stored locally — clearing your browser data permanently deletes your AllMarks content. Because your data is stored only in your browser on this device and no copy is kept on a server, keeping your own backups is your responsibility: use EXPORT in Settings to save a copy regularly, especially before you change devices, clear your browser data, or reset AllMarks. Data lost through browser data clearing, device loss or failure, software updates, or any other cause cannot be recovered.
4. Intellectual property
Bookmarks you save reference content owned by third parties; AllMarks claims no ownership of bookmarked content. The AllMarks app, its code, design, and branding belong to AllMarks.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for data loss from browser data clearing, device failure, or any other cause.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMarks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
10. Governing language
The Japanese version of these terms is the authoritative text. Translations into other languages are provided for reference only, and in the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and a translation, the Japanese version prevails.
